“How do you best describe the iPhone’s gesture where you unsqueeze your fingers to zoom in? Obviously, to zoom outwards it’s a “pinch”. But to zoom in? “Unpinch” is such an ugly word, but is it the best we’ve got?
A possible contender is the “reverse pinch”, but that sounds a bit like a skateboarding move.”
